Eric Perez

Eric was the first to raise his hand when his supervisor asked if anyone wanted to join the Downtown Marriott volunteer team at the House.  He enjoyed his team's visit so he decided to become a regular volunteer. 

Mondays are his day off, so he joins us every Monday morning for a four-hour shift as a maintenance volunteer.  His experience working in a hotel is extremely useful at our 16 bedroom facility.  Eric often fixes door locks, deals with plumbing issues, replaces light bulbs, and completes general repairs. 

Eric finds there is always plenty for him to do.  With the addition of the Family Room, he also delivers food, beverages and supplies to the Room on a weekly basis. 

We are happy that Eric raised his hand and continues to be a member of our team.
