Women's Awards 2009

On October 1, 2009 the Ronald McDonald House of Providence presented the organization's First Annual Women's Awards.  This award was created to celebrate infulential women in our community who consistently make a positive impact and demonstrate exceptional leadership.

The inaugural honorees were:

Vice President of Rhode Island Operations at Amgen

Reverend Janet Cooper Nelson
Chaplain and Director of the Office of Chaplains and Religious Life at Brown University

Elizabeth H. Roberts
Lieutenant Governor of the State of Rhode Island and Providence Plantations

Amy Rudolph
1996 and 2000 Olympian
